The price must be paid by everyone. If everyone doesn’t pay the price to
Win, then everyone will pay the price by losing.
“The price must be paid all the time. There are no victories at bargain Prices.” Dwight D.Eisenehowe

The price increases if the team wants to improve, change or keep winning.
The higher you are, the more you have to pay to make small
Improvements.
The price never decreases most people quit don’t give up at the bottom the mountain, they halfway up it.

You seldom get more than you pay for.

Becoming a better Team Member
If you are an achiever, write down some of dreams & goals
Which one of them are you willing to give up?

When your personal goals conflict with those of the team, you have 3 choices
 Put down the goal (The team is more important)
 Put off goal (it’s not a right time)
 Part with the team (it’s better for everyone)

Remember the price tag for failure is greater than the price tag for success .
The price for accepting failure is: Poverty, depression & a rotten sprite.
